Fee rates shall be increased annually through April 30, 2015 as is set forth in Appendix #1 of this Title 18 of the Columbia, Illinois Municipal Code and from sanitary sewer connection fees monthly deposits shall be made to the sanitary sewer replacement account as set forth in the Appendix #2 of this Title 18.
